Our Offerings
Impact-Driven Functional Validation
We begin with application impact analysis to identify upstream and downstream dependencies across legacy and modern systems. Risk-based test selection focuses validation where change impact is highest, enabling faster releases while protecting business-critical integrations
Compliance Built into the STLC
Quality starts before execution. Our static reviews validate business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs against regulatory obligations and internal policies, ensuring compliance gaps are identified before development begins. Complete traceability from requirement to test evidence simplifies audits and regulatory reviews.
Domain-Driven Business Validation
Our banking SMEs transform complex business rules into comprehensive test conditions using decision tables, equivalence partitioning, and boundary analysis—ensuring every business scenario is validated, not just expected customer journeys.
Continuous Data Integrity Assurance
Instead of validating outputs alone, we verify data consistency throughout the entire processing lifecycle—from source systems through transformations, settlements, reconciliations, and financial reporting—to detect discrepancies
Risk-Based Quality Engineering
Testing effort is prioritised using business criticality, customer impact, regulatory exposure, and production risk. This ensures the highest-risk functionality receives the deepest validation without increasing release timelines.
Why Tristha
BFSI-first QA expertise
Testing is designed around critical banking, payments, cards, lending, insurance and servicing workflows. Scenario coverage reflects financial business rules, transaction risks, dependencies and exception paths.
Functional Testing & Automation
Domain-led test design connects requirements with real customer journeys, operational processes and expected financial outcomes. This helps teams validate more than visible functionality across connected systems and business workflows.
Regression assurance focus
Regression coverage is prioritised around critical functionality, high-risk changes and dependent financial workflows. Reusable test suites help teams validate whether existing functionality remains stable across releases, fixes and enhancements.
First-time-right mindset
Early requirement reviews and structured test planning help identify ambiguity, missing scenarios and functional gaps sooner. The approach supports stronger defect prevention and reduces the risk of carrying avoidable issues into later delivery stages.
Automation-aware approach
Functional and regression scenarios are assessed for stability, repeatability and automation suitability. This helps teams introduce automation where it can reduce repeated effort and improve testing consistency across release cycles.
Financial services orientation
Testing is aligned with the accuracy, continuity and traceability expected across financial applications. Business impact, transaction outcomes, customer journeys and operational dependencies remain central to test execution and reporting.
Protect critical BFSI workflows before every release.
Client Outcomes,
in Their Own Words
We sincerely appreciate the expertise and dedication demonstrated by Tristha & Finonyx in supporting our Performance Engineering and Test Automation efforts during the Flexcube 14.7 upgrade project. Their proactive approach, technical proficiency, and untiring commitment were instrumental in the success of this upgrade.
A key highlight was their exceptional performance engineering efforts, which covered all critical transactions across Flexcube Modules, OBBRN, APIs, ATMs, Mobile Applications and Other Application Interfaces. The team effectively simulated real-world production scenarios, generating various transaction loads within SLA-defined timeframes. This rigorous testing helped validate the application’s performance under actual operating conditions.
Additionally, TerrA’s capability to automate testing across various Flexcube 14.7 modules, including Web and APIs ensured comprehensive end-to-end test coverage for the base Flexcube modules. We also greatly appreciate the extensive training and dedicated support provided to the QA & Testing team and various Business Units/Teams on TerrA.
We are truly grateful for their contributions on this great Project Everest and looking forward to future collaborations.

We had been constrained for months by our dependency on the switch and a rigid simulator that forced all test traffic through the switch layer. Working with Tristha’s SiPay simulator, we were able to bypass switch entirely and test directly against the core by building the required AS 2805 flows in SiPay, with no new code and no configuration changes to our environment, and this has now unlocked faster regression and far better reuse of our existing script automation assets.
