Assess Quality Before Defects Scale
Tristha helps financial enterprises assess testing processes, QA maturity, documentation quality, test coverage, defect governance and release-readiness practices before process gaps affect delivery confidence.
Fragmented QA practices
can create inconsistent testing outcomes across business units, products, applications, vendors and release teams.
Weak requirement-to-test alignment
can leave business rules, exception paths, integrations and downstream dependencies under-tested.
Limited test coverage visibility
can make it difficult for stakeholders to understand what has been validated, what remains open and where release risk still exists.
Manual-heavy processes
can slow test execution, increase repeated effort and reduce the ability to scale validation across frequent release cycles.
Unstructured defect governance
can delay resolution when severity, ownership, impact, reproduction steps and closure status are not clearly managed.
Late process gaps
can surface during UAT, production readiness reviews or release windows, creating avoidable rework, escalation and delivery uncertainty.
Testing quality
dependent on individual experience can leave critical checks undocumented and vulnerable to team turnover or absence
Environment mismatches
stale configurations and unstable environments can invalidate test results, mask defects or delay execution until closer to release.

Client Outcomes,
in Their Own Words
We sincerely appreciate the expertise and dedication demonstrated by Tristha & Finonyx in supporting our Performance Engineering and Test Automation efforts during the Flexcube 14.7 upgrade project. Their proactive approach, technical proficiency, and untiring commitment were instrumental in the success of this upgrade.
A key highlight was their exceptional performance engineering efforts, which covered all critical transactions across Flexcube Modules, OBBRN, APIs, ATMs, Mobile Applications and Other Application Interfaces. The team effectively simulated real-world production scenarios, generating various transaction loads within SLA-defined timeframes. This rigorous testing helped validate the application’s performance under actual operating conditions.
Additionally, TerrA’s capability to automate testing across various Flexcube 14.7 modules, including Web and APIs ensured comprehensive end-to-end test coverage for the base Flexcube modules. We also greatly appreciate the extensive training and dedicated support provided to the QA & Testing team and various Business Units/Teams on TerrA.
We are truly grateful for their contributions on this great Project Everest and looking forward to future collaborations.

We had been constrained for months by our dependency on the switch and a rigid simulator that forced all test traffic through the switch layer. Working with Tristha’s SiPay simulator, we were able to bypass switch entirely and test directly against the core by building the required AS 2805 flows in SiPay, with no new code and no configuration changes to our environment, and this has now unlocked faster regression and far better reuse of our existing script automation assets.
