Enable Faster Releases Through Reusable Test Assets
Tristha helps financial enterprises convert stable, business-critical test scenarios into reusable automation packs designed for repeatable execution, consistent validation and easier maintenance across release cycles and eventually enabling faster time to market.
Fragmented Automation Assets
Automation artefacts are often distributed across teams and projects, making it difficult to identify existing coverage, maximise asset reuse, and maintain consistency across releases.
Suboptimal Scenario Selection
Low-value or unstable test cases are frequently prioritised for automation, while critical, high-risk business workflows continue to rely on manual testing.
Limited Business Validation
Automation may verify technical execution without confirming business outcomes, including transaction processing, financial calculations, exception handling, regulatory rules, and downstream system impacts.
Incomplete End-to-End Coverage
Test automation is often confined to the user interface, leaving APIs, middleware, messaging systems, databases, core banking platforms, and backend integrations insufficiently validated.
Test Data and Environment Dependencies
Shared datasets, dynamic configurations, service availability, and environment inconsistencies can reduce automation reliability and increase execution failures.
Knowledge Transfer and Maintainability Challenges
Inadequate documentation, inconsistent design standards, and limited handover practices make automation difficult to understand, maintain, and extend as ownership transitions across teams, vendors, or delivery programs.

Why Tristha
Deep Financial Services Expertise
Extensive domain knowledge across banking, payments, cards, lending, insurance, wealth management, and capital markets enables us to identify the highest-value automation opportunities aligned with critical business processes.
Techno-Functional Automation Design
Our automation approach goes beyond script execution by embedding business rules, transaction validations, data integrity checks, exception handling, and downstream system validations into every automation pack.
Risk-Based Automation Strategy
We prioritise stable, repeatable, and business-critical scenarios based on risk, impact, and execution frequency, ensuring automation delivers measurable business value rather than simply increasing script counts.
Reusable and Scalable Automation Assets
Modular automation components, standardised validation libraries, and reusable workflow templates maximise asset reuse across applications, release cycles, delivery teams, and business channels.
Platform-Agnostic Delivery
Automation packs are designed to integrate seamlessly with client-approved automation tools, Tristha's automation platforms, and existing CI/CD and QA ecosystems, ensuring flexibility and long-term sustainability.
Enterprise QA Governance
Structured governance provides complete visibility into automation coverage, traceability, dependencies, ownership, maintenance requirements, execution readiness, and ongoing optimization, enabling predictable and efficient release management.

Client Outcomes,
in Their Own Words
We sincerely appreciate the expertise and dedication demonstrated by Tristha & Finonyx in supporting our Performance Engineering and Test Automation efforts during the Flexcube 14.7 upgrade project. Their proactive approach, technical proficiency, and untiring commitment were instrumental in the success of this upgrade.
A key highlight was their exceptional performance engineering efforts, which covered all critical transactions across Flexcube Modules, OBBRN, APIs, ATMs, Mobile Applications and Other Application Interfaces. The team effectively simulated real-world production scenarios, generating various transaction loads within SLA-defined timeframes. This rigorous testing helped validate the application’s performance under actual operating conditions.
Additionally, TerrA’s capability to automate testing across various Flexcube 14.7 modules, including Web and APIs ensured comprehensive end-to-end test coverage for the base Flexcube modules. We also greatly appreciate the extensive training and dedicated support provided to the QA & Testing team and various Business Units/Teams on TerrA.
We are truly grateful for their contributions on this great Project Everest and looking forward to future collaborations.

We had been constrained for months by our dependency on the switch and a rigid simulator that forced all test traffic through the switch layer. Working with Tristha’s SiPay simulator, we were able to bypass switch entirely and test directly against the core by building the required AS 2805 flows in SiPay, with no new code and no configuration changes to our environment, and this has now unlocked faster regression and far better reuse of our existing script automation assets.
