Keep BFSI Systems Stable Under Pressure
Tristha helps BFSI teams validate application speed, stability, scalability and reliability under agreed business loads, so critical systems are better prepared for real-world usage.
Digital channel spikes
can affect mobile banking, internet banking, customer portals, onboarding journeys and servicing platforms during high-traffic periods.
Transaction latency
can delay payment initiation, authorisation, confirmation, reversal, reconciliation, notifications and downstream status updates.
API and integration bottlenecks
can slow connected workflows across core systems, payment gateways, middleware, third-party services and reporting platforms.
Batch processing delays
can affect settlements, reconciliations, statements, renewals, claims, reports and other time-sensitive financial operations.
Concurrent usage pressure
can expose scalability gaps that remain hidden when systems are tested only for functional correctness.
Late performance defects
can delay go-lives, increase remediation effort, create production escalations and weaken stakeholder confidence.
Problem
Performance Testing Challenges in BFSI Environments
Performance Testing Services
Define BFSI performance scope
across response time, throughput, concurrency, transaction volume, stability, scalability and agreed service expectations. So every stakeholder agrees on what “good performance” means before testing starts.
Model real business workloads
using critical user journeys, transaction patterns, digital channel behaviour, API dependencies and operational processing windows. So test scenarios reflect how the system is actually used, not synthetic traffic.
Execute load, stress and endurance testing
to assess system behaviour under expected usage, higher-than-expected pressure and extended operating periods. So you know exactly where the system breaks before customers do.
Validate API and integration performance
across middleware, payment systems, downstream applications, third-party services and connected enterprise platforms. So one slow dependency doesn’t take down the whole transaction chain
Assess batch and transaction processing performance
for settlement, reconciliation, statement generation, reporting, renewal, claims and back-office workflows. So overnight and end-of-day processing finishes inside its window, every time.
Analyse performance bottlenecks
across application, database, API, infrastructure, integration and downstream system layers with clear reporting for release decisions. So go/no-go decisions are backed by evidence, not guesswork.
Validate business functionality
across onboarding, payments, cards, lending, deposits, insurance, servicing, reporting and back-office operations.
Design scenario-led test cases
increases as banks, insurers and financial platforms respond to regulatory, product and digital transformation demands
Test end-to-end workflows
across screens, APIs, integrations, data flows, downstream systems and customer-facing channels.
Verify business rules and calculations
for transaction accuracy, eligibility checks, fee logic, interest computation, claims rules and process outcomes.
Execute positive and negative test scenarios
to confirm expected behaviour across standard, alternate and exception conditions.
Report functional defects clearly
with severity, impact, reproduction steps and business context for faster resolution.
Why Tristha
BFSI workload understanding
is backed by hands-on testing experience across T24/Temenos, Oracle FCUBS/OBCL, ISO 8583 payment switches and ISO 20022 cross-border rails — not generic load-testing templates.
Techno-functional testing capability
means the same team that understands core banking and payments workflows also builds the JMeter scripts, correlation logic and test harnesses — no handoff gaps between business and engineering.
Business-process-driven approach
aligns performance scenarios with transactions, customer journeys, integrations, batch windows and operational workflows.
Reusable test assets and repositories
built from prior BFSI engagements let us stand up realistic load scenarios faster, instead of starting scripting from zero on every release.
Structured QA framework
supports planned execution, standardised procedures, test visibility and controlled reporting across performance testing cycles.
Release-readiness focus
gives technology and business stakeholders clearer insight into bottlenecks, risk areas and system preparedness before go-live.
Find latency before it slows payments, portals and customer servicing.
Client Outcomes,
in Their Own Words
We sincerely appreciate the expertise and dedication demonstrated by Tristha & Finonyx in supporting our Performance Engineering and Test Automation efforts during the Flexcube 14.7 upgrade project. Their proactive approach, technical proficiency, and untiring commitment were instrumental in the success of this upgrade.
A key highlight was their exceptional performance engineering efforts, which covered all critical transactions across Flexcube Modules, OBBRN, APIs, ATMs, Mobile Applications and Other Application Interfaces. The team effectively simulated real-world production scenarios, generating various transaction loads within SLA-defined timeframes. This rigorous testing helped validate the application’s performance under actual operating conditions.
Additionally, TerrA’s capability to automate testing across various Flexcube 14.7 modules, including Web and APIs ensured comprehensive end-to-end test coverage for the base Flexcube modules. We also greatly appreciate the extensive training and dedicated support provided to the QA & Testing team and various Business Units/Teams on TerrA.
We are truly grateful for their contributions on this great Project Everest and looking forward to future collaborations.

We appreciate the support provided by Tristha & Ifinity in our Test Automation and Performance Engineering efforts during the Temenos T24 upgrade project. Their structured approach and technical expertise contributed to the overall execution of the upgrade. One key aspect was the ability of their automation platform ‘TerrA’ to support testing across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, APIs, databases, and file validations, enhancing test coverage. Additionally, their performance engineering efforts included testing critical transactions across T24, ATMs, and mobile applications. By simulating real-world transaction loads within SLA-defined parameters, they contributed to the validation of the application’s performance under operational conditions. We acknowledge their contributions to the project and appreciate the collaboration.

We had been constrained for months by our dependency on the switch and a rigid simulator that forced all test traffic through the switch layer. Working with Tristha’s SiPay simulator, we were able to bypass switch entirely and test directly against the core by building the required AS 2805 flows in SiPay, with no new code and no configuration changes to our environment, and this has now unlocked faster regression and far better reuse of our existing script automation assets.
