Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of core banking business processes.
- Strong exposure of core banking application like Flexcube, T24 etc
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Ability to create and execute detailed test cases.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
