Performance, Usability and Reliability Need Proof
Tristha helps financial enterprises validate how applications perform, respond, scale and remain usable across digital channels, transaction workflows, integrations and operational conditions before release.
Performance slowdowns
can affect payment journeys, onboarding flows, account access, servicing portals, insurance workflows and back-office applications during high-usage periods.
Reliability gaps
can appear when applications, APIs, integrations or batch processes behave inconsistently across environments, workloads or release cycles.
Usability friction
can slow customer journeys, business-user workflows and assisted-channel operations even when the underlying functionality is technically correct.
Scalability limits
can remain hidden when systems are tested only against functional requirements and not against growing transaction, user or data volumes.
Integration dependency failures
can affect connected financial workflows when upstream or downstream systems respond slowly, inconsistently or outside expected conditions.
Late non-functional defects
can delay releases, increase remediation effort, trigger production escalations and weaken stakeholder confidence before go-live.

Non-Functional Testing Challenges in Financial Environments
Non-Functional Testing Services
Assess non-functional requirements
across performance, usability, reliability, scalability, stability and operating expectations.
Validate performance behaviour
across response time, throughput, load, stress, endurance, transaction volume and peak usage conditions.
Evaluate reliability and stability
across long-running workflows, repeated transactions, connected systems, batch jobs and operational processing windows.
Test usability
across financial journeys to identify friction across customer-facing channels, business-user workflows and assisted-service processes.
Assess scalability readiness
across digital channels, APIs, integrations, transaction flows and workload patterns under agreed business conditions.
Deliver non-functional readiness insights
through test results, defect reports, bottleneck analysis, risk areas and release-support inputs.
Validate business functionality
across onboarding, payments, cards, lending, deposits, insurance, servicing, reporting and back-office operations.
Design scenario-led test cases
increases as banks, insurers and financial platforms respond to regulatory, product and digital transformation demands
Test end-to-end workflows
across screens, APIs, integrations, data flows, downstream systems and customer-facing channels.
Verify business rules and calculations
for transaction accuracy, eligibility checks, fee logic, interest computation, claims rules and process outcomes.
Execute positive and negative test scenarios
to confirm expected behaviour across standard, alternate and exception conditions.
Report functional defects clearly
with severity, impact, reproduction steps and business context for faster resolution.
Why Tristha
Financial domain understanding
helps Tristha assess non-functional risk through the lens of transactions, journeys, operations and release impact.
Techno-functional QA capability
connects system behaviour with real business workflows, user needs and operational dependencies.
Reusable test practices
help improve consistency across similar applications, releases, workflows and validation programs.
Business-process-driven approach
ensures non-functional scenarios are mapped to actual financial journeys, not only technical benchmarks.
Structured QA framework
supports planned execution, standardized procedures, test visibility and controlled reporting across testing cycles.
Release-readiness focus
gives technology and business stakeholders clearer visibility into performance, usability, reliability and stability gaps before go-live.
Find non-functional gaps before they slow journeys, systems and decisions.
Client Outcomes,
in Their Own Words
We sincerely appreciate the expertise and dedication demonstrated by Tristha & Finonyx in supporting our Performance Engineering and Test Automation efforts during the Flexcube 14.7 upgrade project. Their proactive approach, technical proficiency, and untiring commitment were instrumental in the success of this upgrade.
A key highlight was their exceptional performance engineering efforts, which covered all critical transactions across Flexcube Modules, OBBRN, APIs, ATMs, Mobile Applications and Other Application Interfaces. The team effectively simulated real-world production scenarios, generating various transaction loads within SLA-defined timeframes. This rigorous testing helped validate the application’s performance under actual operating conditions.
Additionally, TerrA’s capability to automate testing across various Flexcube 14.7 modules, including Web and APIs ensured comprehensive end-to-end test coverage for the base Flexcube modules. We also greatly appreciate the extensive training and dedicated support provided to the QA & Testing team and various Business Units/Teams on TerrA.
We are truly grateful for their contributions on this great Project Everest and looking forward to future collaborations.

We appreciate the support provided by Tristha & Ifinity in our Test Automation and Performance Engineering efforts during the Temenos T24 upgrade project. Their structured approach and technical expertise contributed to the overall execution of the upgrade. One key aspect was the ability of their automation platform ‘TerrA’ to support testing across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, APIs, databases, and file validations, enhancing test coverage. Additionally, their performance engineering efforts included testing critical transactions across T24, ATMs, and mobile applications. By simulating real-world transaction loads within SLA-defined parameters, they contributed to the validation of the application’s performance under operational conditions. We acknowledge their contributions to the project and appreciate the collaboration.

We had been constrained for months by our dependency on the switch and a rigid simulator that forced all test traffic through the switch layer. Working with Tristha’s SiPay simulator, we were able to bypass switch entirely and test directly against the core by building the required AS 2805 flows in SiPay, with no new code and no configuration changes to our environment, and this has now unlocked faster regression and far better reuse of our existing script automation assets.
